Hand & Clay Ceramics is a small home-based studio located in Kitiamaat, on the unprecedented territory of the Haisla First Nations. My studio specializes in creating one-of-a-kind artisanal pieces that reflect the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest Coast. Drawing inspiration from the traditional Japanese style of sgraffito and modern glazing techniques, I utilize a range of blue and green tones in my creations.
As I delve deeper into the art of pottery making, I find myself gradually developing my own unique style. It is an ever-evolving process that has enabled me to craft pieces that are both beautiful and functional, and truly one-of-a-kind.
